Bali Celebrates its Indonesia Independence Day 2017

Dear Travelers,

If you are in Bali this month, plenty of events you can enjoy during this month connected to the Indonesia Independence Day (From the west coast to the east coast of Bali).

Bali citizens have started the celebration of independence day of the Republic of Indonesia by raising red and white flags at Kuta Beach and many other areas on the island few days before the 17^th of August.

August 17 is a special day for the Indonesian people, 72 years ago, the flag raising ceremony was held for the first time on the Indonesian land.

The Legian Beach Festival August 26-29, 2017

The annual Lively Legian Beach Festival or LLBF will be held from 26 to 29 August. The nine-times festival will center on Legian Beach from the Stones Hotel to the road of Padma Resort.

The festival presents a variety of activities including beach cleanups, international competitions and band performances. Not only that festival end of August will bring many local artists from Bali such as Navicula Legian Legend, / Rif and The Groove.

In addition, the festival held this August also can attract domestic and international tourists. LLBF will also present 100 exhibition stands such as culinary, textiles, handicrafts and competitions between hotels in Bali.
